Shipping & Pickup Locations
Madison’s Vanity is pleased to offer shipping throughout Canada, and the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipping Costs 
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the continental United States.

U.S. Orders
United States imports can be subject to government-mandated duties and customs fees. To ensure a seamless experience, we cover these charges on your behalf. Your order will arrive without any additional costs beyond what is paid at checkout, and shipping remains fully complimentary. If any issues arise during delivery, please contact us and we will resolve them promptly.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracked, secure service. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods or holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location. 

Packaging
To ensure your fragrance arrives safely and securely, all orders are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our fragrances, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance choosing the perfect fragrance, our Fragrance Concierge service is available to help.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by issuing a replacement or other appropriate solution.
